We will continue to support you with maintenance and periodic reviews to see how you are getting on.

Please note: We are not able to treat anyone with a temporary disability which stops them walking, for example if you have broken your leg.

We also operate a mobile service, bringing our service to you in your own home.

Referral process

You must be referred by a healthcare professional, such as a GP, nurse or physiotherapist.
